Refunds, Credits
If the customer is entitled to refunds or other credits, for example if an item is no longer available, these will be refunded to the same payment method/type that the customer used for their purchase.

For food and edible products, we cannot grant a right of return for your own safety. For all other items, there is a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, return shipping costs must always be borne by the customer.
