The carefully selected Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are grown partly just a few metres from the sea, while others are cultivated in the mountains above the sea for their unique acidity. They are then naturally fermented in HOLA’s own cellars in Barcelona. The bottle’s distinctive design is inspired by the «panot de flor», the symbol of Barcelona found on numerous paving stones throughout the city, and represents the city’s uniqueness as well as that of HOLA’s sparkling wines.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eThe region\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eWith more than 1.2 million hectares, Spain has the largest area under vine in the world, so it is no surprise that viticulture is enormously important there.
