His nephew Justin-Marcel carried on the legacy with a pioneering spirit: he perfected the traditional method in the unique cellars and made Touraine’s fine, delicately sparkling wines famous far beyond Europe. With an eye to the future, Justin-Marcel also recognized the importance of emerging tourism.
