Two gin lovers from the Basel region have created their own gin:
Thanks to the use of typical spices from traditional Basel cuisine

Tobias Gerschwiler and Patrick Lauber are guild brothers in the guild too
Rebleuten in Basel and help the guild winemakers the wine for years
to produce. They are both big gin lovers. The idea one
producing their own gin has long been in the minds of both
around. After a lot of fiddling and burning they now have in cooperation
with the distillery Zeltner Dornach their own gin launched on the market,
the Basilisk Dry Gin.

It is made from organic ingredients according to the typical dry gin method in
produced small batches. In addition to spices from traditional Basel
Cuisine gives the hibiscus flower, which is very popular in Basel, a floral note.
The Handcraft Basilisk Dry Gin is with its 44% vol. both for purist
Gin lovers as well as gin and tonic connoisseurs.
