A gin with Japanese Sencha tea and Chinese green tea. The name for this “Beefeater” comes from the 24-hour maceration process.

The roots of Beefeater gin go back to the 1860s. For Beefeater 24, which is actually distilled and bottled in London, Master Distiller Desmond Payne was inspired by a normal English day that begins with a cup of tea. Sencha tea from Japan and green tea from China are therefore infused in a grain distillate for the gin along with twelve other purely plant-based botanicals. The maceration process takes a full 24 hours, hence the name “Beefeater 24”.
