Bündner Röteli is a naturally pure liqueur with 22% vol. alcohol. Dried cherries are soaked together with a natural mixture of spices in pome fruit brandy for a long period of time. After the necessary maturing time, the finished product is made with the addition of cherry juice and various flavorings (e.g. cinnamon, vanilla and cloves).
