Sweet and intense on the palate, accompanied by a fine minerality that leaves a sense of freshness and invites a second sip. In Trentino, it is traditionally served with a typical cake made with nuts and candied fruits, known as "Zelten." It also pairs excellently with strudel, chocolate cake, and cookies.

The Castel Firmian line originates from the castle of the same name above the Rotaliana plain: full-bodied wines created from select grape varieties. Their intense, balanced aromas tell a story of connection to the terroir, love for tradition, and the experience of real people. The Region

South Tyrol/Trentino is one of the smallest Italian wine-growing regions. Highly varied altitudes, soil compositions, and climatic conditions make it multifaceted; numerous grape varieties find a suitable environment here. In the north, the Alps protect against cold winds, while in the south, Mediterranean currents from Lake Garda and the Mediterranean Sea influence the open landscape. The best sites are located between 600 and 800 m above sea level and produce promising and diverse wines; significant temperature differences between day and night and sufficient rainfall during the growing season create ideal conditions for high grape quality. Over 55 percent of the vineyard area is planted with the white varieties Pinot Grigio, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Blanc, and Chardonnay.
