Champagne Jacquart Brut Mosaïque sparkling wine – A fresh, balanced, light and delightfully fruity pale-yellow sparkling wine with a lively, persistent mousse. Its rather pronounced bouquet is dominated by aromas of apple, pear and lemon, complemented by hints of exotic fruit (pineapple), minty notes and a touch of nutmeg. On the palate, it is lively and very fresh, with a harmonious, rather soft, medium-bodied structure and a vigorous mousse. The fruit aromas are joined by notes of grass and the characteristic subtle yeast notes.

About Champagne Jacquart

Champagne Jacquart is a young, modern Champagne house brimming with optimism. Its mission: to turn the small pleasures of everyday life into wonderful occasions for sharing and creating emotion. The excellence of its expertise serves a free spirit and a joyful, colourful vision of life, where people feel free to indulge in life’s essential pleasures. The brand brings a more relaxed kind of luxury to the world of Champagne and offers less formal ways to enjoy it, with excellent quality at a fair price. Its straightforward, airy and delicate character is the result of a mosaic of terroirs and the passion of talented winemakers.

The region

With its comparatively cool climate, Champagne in northeastern France was the first region in the world to produce sparkling wine on a large scale and is now synonymous with the highest product quality. Only sparkling wines from Champagne may be called Champagne; like the wines of Bordeaux and Burgundy, they are a benchmark worldwide. The roots of the vigorous vines penetrate deep into the soil, which consists of calcareous sediments and thus provides ideal conditions for water management. The best vineyards are situated on the slopes of the hills characteristic of the landscape. While a whole range of grape varieties used to be grown in Champagne, today the main varieties are Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
