Domaine Lafage Miraflors Rosé Côtes Catalanes IGP 2025 Rosé – This fresh, light and fruity wine has a beautiful salmon-pink colour. Delicate aromas of apple, citrus fruit and pineapple rise from the glass, accompanied by a hint of rose, strawberry and raspberry. On the palate, it is fresh, harmonious, quite soft and rounded. The fruity notes are joined on the finish by a touch of minerality.

About Domaine Lafage

Between the sea and the mountains, along the route between Perpignan and the Mediterranean coast, Domaine Lafage is based in a 15th-century country house built of old stone. After six generations of winemakers, the estate is now run by the experienced oenologist couple Jean-Marc and Éliane Lafage. Its winery has been completely rebuilt and fitted out to meet the latest international standards. The vines thrive in a varied, diverse terroir, and the Lafages turn their grapes into modern, on-trend wines alongside a motivated team of highly qualified staff.

The region

In the south of France, adjoining the Rhône Valley geographically, the country's largest wine region, Languedoc, stretches along the Mediterranean coastline, with its vineyards and picturesque old stone houses. The climate is characterised by abundant sunshine, mild winters and hot summers. The vines grown here, mostly on limestone soils, are robust and hardy due to the region's dry conditions. In addition to viticulture, olive growing is a major agricultural activity here; the olives also thrive without artificial irrigation. Languedoc is a particularly colourful region, where Mediterranean flair can be felt everywhere: in the traditional earthenware, airy fabrics and light, flavourful dishes.
