The Gin Tonik of the Distillerie de Paris is a spirit with extracts of Chinquina, a native of Ecuador shrub, which is the main component of tonic. Just a few drops of mineral water are enough to turn it into a Gin Tonic!

The Distillerie de Paris is the first to legally open its doors in the French capital since 1914. The brothers Julhès, Sébastien and Nicolas developed a small production of original spirits.
