The fruit aromas are particularly intense on the palate; the wine is fresh, soft and rounded, with supple tannins and a harmonious structure.

The region

The northeastern Spanish region of Aragón encompasses the broad Ebro Valley and is dominated in the north by the Pyrenees, which supply water to the dry valley. Thanks to this location, the wines produced here have great potential. Small, outstanding wineries with a strong focus on quality are making Aragón increasingly interesting to wine lovers, with its four DO zones of Cariñena, Calatayud, Campo de Borja and Somontano. Garnacha and Tempranillo are the main red varieties grown here.
