MONKEY IN A BOTTLE BIO London Dry Gin  50 cl / 43 % Schweiz

Gin from Aarau is named after the baobab tree and its fruits, from which, among other things, the baobab powder is made. The baobab gives, among other things, the wonderful balanced acidity. Juniper, followed by
citrus and a slightly spicy finish give the Monkey in a Bottle an incomparable character.
A real treat both neat and in tonic. Clear tonic favorites are the from the
from the South Tyrol Limestone Tonic Water (Organic) or the J. Gasco Dry Tonic which
both harmonize perfectly and do not let the gin drown in the glass.

We use a total of 15 different botanicals, 13 of which we disclose accordingly. Two botanicals are to remain secret. In the selection of all
Botanicals we pay attention to organic products. For the peels of the citrus fruits we use only fresh products in organic quality.
