The Rebel Yell Rye comes from Bardstown and brings woody, sweet and spicy aromas.

"The cry of the rebel" - that is the name of this Rye Whiskey. It belongs to a seven-part family of Kentucky whiskeys produced by the Luxrow Distillers in Bardstown, a small town of 14,000 inhabitants in the fertile, but also densely populated Bluegrass region in the western USA. And this since 1849, which was at least the year in which the original Rebel Yell recipe was developed. But the Small Batch Rye was not added until 2015. Rye, corn, barley malt and a little water are used to produce the distillate, which then goes into the maturing phase for an indefinite period of time. A great complexity does not appear during this time, but this is not what we want to achieve here: The Rebel Yell Rye is made for the crowd. The woody, sweet and spicy tones do not disappear when used in cocktails, making this whiskey ideal for Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Sazerac, Boulevardier, Toronto and other alcoholic mixed drinks.
